Welcome to my website. Here, you will find online courses, books, music, and videos to help you learn how to play jazz in a way that is fun and constructive! I think that playing jazz is something that everyone should be able to experience - even when it's not easy and requires work.
I've worked with so many students from so many different musical backgrounds in the last 20+ years, that I can say everyone is capable of getting to a point where they can have fun playing this music, whether they are classically trained, or completely new.
I have several different courses available, but if you are a total beginner - good news! The 'Intro To Jazz Improv' mini-course is FREE.
As for my other courses, some lessons are for absolute beginners, and some will challenge seasoned professionals. So have a look around, and feel free to contact me with any questions!

Many online courses are simple explanations and demonstrations, but with mine you will be actively playing!
My lessons involve lots of "Call and Response" learning - this is what I often do with in-person lessons, so I've included it in the courses here as well.
